Contractual Clarity

No hidden terms or surprise fees. Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon signing and 50% balance due 14 days before the event date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations between 30-60 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable as vendor commitments have been made. Force majeure situations are handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness.

Results depend on numerous factors including vendor performance, weather conditions, guest behavior, and other variables beyond our control.

Vendor-Related Risks: We work with carefully vetted vendors, but we cannot control their actions or the quality of their services on the day of your event. In the event of vendor failure, we will use reasonable efforts to find alternatives, but we cannot guarantee identical quality or pricing.

Force Majeure: Events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest, may result in cancellation or modification of your event. Curate.SG is not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, though we will assist in negotiating with vendors on your behalf.

Budget Fluctuations: All quotes are based on current market rates and availability. Prices may change due to vendor price increases, currency fluctuations, or scope changes. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.
