All our service agreements are governed by the laws of Singapore. We provide detailed contracts that outline scope of work, deliverables, payment schedules, and cancellation policies. No hidden terms or surprise fees. Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon signing and 50% balance due 14 days before the event date.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations between 30-60 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days are non-refundable as vendor commitments have been made. Force majeure situations are handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness.
